I am Dr. Nancy N. Flagg, and I believe that leadership is an essence, an ontological constant, that persists even in the most treacherous conditions. Through my groundbreaking doctoral research at the University of Southern Maine, my work as a Fulbright Researcher in the Commonwealth of Dominica, and advanced executive coaching frameworks from the Harvard Extension School, I engineered a proprietary executive framework designed to identify, isolate, and dismantle the hidden systemic interferences that sabotage high-power leaders. The Adaptive Silhouette Leadership Model maps how leaders survive, adapt, and ultimately reemerge after profound systemic disruption.

The Model
My work moves beyond traditional leadership theory to address the Parity Paradox. I help organizations and individuals navigate the transition from Submerged and Constrained leadership into Reflorescence, a state of heightened Systemic Fluency and new Dragonfly Vision.
