Forged in the crucible of both high-level academic research and real-world leadership, the Adaptive Silhouette Leadership Model was developed through a rigorous Ph.D. study at the University of Southern Maine, utilizing Analytic Autoethnography to bridge the gap between personal disruption and systemic leadership fluency.
My consulting framework is built on Autonomy Archaeology, a forensic qualitative method designed to stabilize leadership narratives against the distortions of high-stakes disruption.
Unlike traditional coaching, this approach utilizes a Pentangulated Reconstruction, integrating forensic debris (hard data), internal narratives (real-time records), material testimony (creative artifacts), and 360-degree informant witnessing.
This ensures that the recovery of leadership capacity is grounded and verifiable.
